1. Introduction

By accessing, browsing, or using our website, services, courses, training programs, or entering into any partnership, franchise, or client relationship, you (“User”, “Client”, “Partner”, or “Franchise Owner”) agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions and related policies. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement under applicable Indian laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue the use of our services immediately.

The Equity School provides financial education, stock market training, advisory-related educational content, and associated programs strictly for educational purposes. We are not engaged in direct trading on behalf of clients or providing guaranteed investment returns. Our courses, materials, webinars, workshops, and advisory training programs are designed for knowledge enhancement and skill-building only.

However, information may be shared with trusted partners, payment gateways, or government authorities as required under law. 4. Refunds & Cancellation Policy

All payments once made for enrollment, training, advisory education services, events,
workshops, or franchise fees are non-refundable. No refunds shall be entertained once any part of our services (including partial course access, initial consultation, training session, or digital content delivery) has been availed. Cancellation of enrollment is permitted only before service activation, but the paid fee shall remain non-refundable. Franchise or partner agreements are governed by separate contracts. Entry, license, or franchise fees are strictly non-refundable. In exceptional cases of duplicate transactions or technical errors, refunds (if applicable) shall be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to verification.

5. Intellectual Property Rights (Copyrights & Trademarks)

All content, materials, designs, course modules, logos,
trademarks, brand names, and proprietary information published on TheEquitySchool.org are the exclusive intellectual property of The Equity School (org),
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, republication, or use of our materials or registered
trademarks without prior written consent is strictly prohibited. Partners, affiliates, or franchise owners are licensed to use our brand assets only within the scope of written agreements. Any misuse or violation shall attract immediate termination and legal action.

6. User Obligations

Users agree not to misuse, copy, or distribute our content without authorization.
Users must provide accurate information during registration and not engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities. Franchise owners and partners must strictly adhere to brand guidelines, quality standards, and contractual obligations.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

All services, courses, training programs, and educational content provided
by The Equity School are strictly for educational and informational purposes. We do not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial guarantees of any kind. The Equity School, its directors, employees, associates, or franchise owners shall not be liable for any loss of profits, revenue, business, or goodwill; any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages; any delay, interruption, suspension, or technical error; any omission, error, or inaccuracy; any acts of third-party service providers; or any data breach or cyber incident despite our reasonable security practices.

8. Force Majeure

The Equity School shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances
beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural calamities, acts of God, war, riots, civil disturbances, strikes, internet breakdown, server failure, power outages, government restrictions, or legal prohibitions.In such events, services may be postponed, suspended, or modified without liability or obligation to refund.

9. Indemnity

By using our services, users, clients, partners, and franchise owners agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Equity School, its founders, directors, employees, representatives, and affiliates against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, legal costs, or expenses arising from misuse of our content, violation of these Terms, financial decisions made based on our training, advice, opinion , content, material, information shared or any other breach of agreements. This indemnity obligation shall survive even after termination of services.

10. No Warranties

The Equity School provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties relating to accuracy, reliability, completeness, timeliness of delivery, or fitness for any particular purpose.

11. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services in cases of misconduct,
violation of terms, non-payment, infringement of intellectual property, or breach of franchise agreements.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

User of Our Services on This website (www.TheEquityschool.irg) or Any of our offices or Any of our partners and associates Agrees by way of either purchasing or associating or using our services at The Equity School (.org) to These terms and related policies shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the policies of The Equity School and laws of India. Any dispute, difference, or claim arising shall be firstly in all earnest tried to settle amicably, if not Resolved upon within One Month then arbitration in City of Hubballi Karnataka shall be the first legal recourse and then to Honorable Courts of law within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hubballi, Karnataka, India.

13. Delivery, Shipping

The Equity School provides its services or Products as Per Actuals/offers/ product offering, Some Services May be Delivered through online channels Like Email, Messaging apps, Over Tele-phone Or Any such Digital Method, additionally Any services that may require offline/non-digital delivery and shipment shall be through Our Designated places of work, or at Customers place or Through Postal delivery Like courier, postage or any other as required. However, The Equity School or Its Managment Reserves the Right to Modify/withdraw/postpone/cancel its Shipping policy without Notice at any point of time.

14. Exchange, Return Or Cancellation Policy

The Equity School, Has Strict No-Refund Policy. However, Under Extra-ordinary Situations Offers Exchange Only on purchase of Physical Course Material Only. The Reasons For Exchange Being Physical Damage in Transit (with Video Evidence) or Delivered with Manufacturing Defect Only. The Claims needs to be Raised within 24 Hours of Delivery. Exchange/Return/ Cancellation Policy NOT applicable on Any Digital Products or Services, Any Subscription, Online Courses, Live Sessions, Webinars, Offline Courses (Partial services availed), Pre Recorded videos or any other services where Demo Classes, One or More sessions availed, E-material delivered. Under Any or all Circumstances of Exchange/Refunds/cancellations/ postponement/modification Shall attract Processing / Termination Fees from minimum 20% of Total Amount if request/demand raised within 24 Hours and 100% of Total Amount post 24 hours of either making the payment or availing any part of our services.
